--If we Focus on hating or avoiding something, we will attract more of it
--If we focus on loving something, we will attract more of it
--If we focus on things other than something in particular, we will attract less of that which we are
not focusing on
--What we Resist Persists
--We need to Accept that something is before we can Change it
("Accept" in the sense of acknowledge that this is the way it is in that moment - not necessarily saying you
plan to tolerate it in the future)
--You can't be in Resistance mode and Acceptance mode at the same time
--Acceptance is the antidote to Resistance
--If you continue to Resist something, you will continue to Feed it, which makes it more likely to happen
--If you continue to Resist something, you will waste your energy
--Redirect your attention to what is Desired (rather than feared) and focus on that
--The mirror of reality reflects your relationship with yourself and your relationship with the world around you
--If you think you aren't good enough, the mirror will reflect that
What one chooses to focus on is a matter of Choice.   It is unfortunate that so many of us
are never taught this very liberating Truth.
When one focuses on feeling thoughts of feeling grateful, kind, joy, harmony, compassion, confident, love, and peace, one's vibrational frequency
becomes higher.
When one focuses on feeling thoughts of feeling fear, anxiety, sadness, resentment, and guilt, one's vibrational frequency
becomes lower.
The vibrational frequency one emits acts like a magnet attracting situations, people, and experiences that are on the same vibrational frequency and resonate with the same energy.   For example, if you are vibrating at a frequency of fear and scarcity, you are likely to encounter more situations that reinforce these emotions, such as financial difficulties and interpersonal conflicts.  
However, if you emit a frequency of love and abundance, you will attract more positive experiences such as
healthy relationships and prosperous opportunities.
The Law Of Vibration (also known as Quantum Physics) is that everything in the Universe is in constant motion and vibrates
at a certain frequency, and that all of these things interact with each other in this energetic field.
When one chooses to feel grateful for what one has or experiences, this raises one's vibrational frequency.  
This gratitude creates an energy field that attracts more abudance and positive experiences.
Helping others also raises one's vibrational frequency.   Acts of kindness not only benefit the other person
but also fill one with positive feelings.
Focusing on thoughts such as fear, criticism, or excessive worry lower's one's vibrational frequency and attracts
judgment, criticism, and negativity.
What we choose to focus on is a Choice.   When we choose to keep focusing on feelings of self-criticism,
criticism of others, failure, or not feeling good enough, we create a cloud of negativity around ourselves, which lowers
our vibrational frequency, and prevents us from seeing our own qualities and potential, causing one to miss out
on opportunites for growth and success.
Learning that focusing on things to worry about is a Choice can be very liberating.   One can note what
needs to be done and then plan to do it without worrying about it.
Worrying can consume one's energy and keep one from being about to creatively and effectively solve problems.
Choosing to focus on worry, resentment, anger, and fear can prevent healing and forgiveness and can attract
more negative experiences that that confirm one's negative feelings.   Remaining in this low vibrational
frequency can lead to emotional outbursts, headaches, and muscle tension, and many theorize, things like cancer
and heart disease.
Spiritual Health & Development
Being in the presence of people who emit low vibrational frequencies can be very draining.  
Limiting the influence of people who are emitting low vibrational frequencies, by setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, can be helpful.
Setting boundaries with people who drain
our energy can open the door for us to find environments that resonate with our higher vibration and begin cultivating relationships that nuture and uplift us.
Understanding vibrational frequency can be a first step in taking control or one's life.
When one chooses to focus on feelings of love, one's energy field expands and attracts even more love and kindess.
Allowing a state of high vibrational frequency and inner peace enables one to have a mental clarity and serenity
that can promote wise and balanced decision-making, as the mind is more calm and organized allowing one
to process information more effectively and make better decisions
Choosing to be in a state of low vibrational frequency focusing on things like fear, anger, and sadness can
create a cycle of negativity that attracts even more negative experiences, drain our energy, and hinder spiritual
growth, and damage our relationships and physical health.
It can be difficult to break out of negative energy cycles without conscious effort and practices designed to
raise one's frequency.   Some of these practices can include exercise as Moving Meditation, cultivating the
art and skill of Relaxation, eating in ways
that promote physical and spiritual health, and being very mindful about what one chooses to focus on.
A state of high vibrational frequency is coming from a place of certainty and confidence,
which promotes vibrant physical and mental health, clarity, and power,
whereas a state
of low vibrational frequency is coming from a
place of doubt and fear, and is associated with disease, mental disorders, and loss of power.
Choosing to remain in a state of high vibrational frequency enables the release of beneficial hormones and
allows one to feel more positive energy and vitality, and reduce stress
which has been found to stengthen the immune system and promote more resistance to disease.
Coaching Spiritual Health & Development
Discovering where you are in terms of vibrational frequency by doing an honest introspective self-assessment can be very helpful in identifying areas that need attention.
Some indications that one is functioning at a high vibrational frequency can include things like vibrant physical
health, positive emotions, and clarity.
Some indications of lower vibrational frequency can include such things as fatigue, body aches, negative
emotions, mental confusion, and feelings of being stuck by blocks and obstacles.
Self-awareness about these things can help enable us to access higher states of consciousness and well-being.
Cultivating the ability to focus on the Present Moment without judgment or attachment to any thoughts that may
arise can help us dissolve worries and find a space of calm serenity within ourselves.   This can help us
develop a healthy relationship with our mind and reduce the tendency to get carried away by negative thought
patterns.
We can learn to recognize habitual patterns of the mind and consciously choose how we respond to them, empowering
us to cultivate a more positive and constructive mindset.
We can learn to view challenges, such as toxic behaviors of others and negative environments as tests that give us the opportunity to grow, deepen our understandings of
ourselves, focus on our connection to our inner light, and adjust our thoughts to align with where we are
thinking we are wanting our vibrational frequency to be.
