Here is an example of an easy-to-fix-and-pack (if plan ahead), easy-to-carry, and easy-to-eat healthy portable vegan Lunch-Dinner.
*Note that "Portable" here does NOT mean this will be allowed on an airplane now -- Probably too much liquid/gel to meet limits of
These ingredients can be bought at Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe's, Mom's Organic Market, and other local organic markets.
*Note how much more nutritionally-dense this is than anything most restaurants would ever serve you.
This is more than you may want to eat at once.   --This is designed so you can eat half of each for lunch and then the rest for dinner.   -- So less time to make both lunch and dinner
