The role of our health coaches is to help you achieve a goal you have decided you want to achieve.   Vegan whole-food plant-based health coaches at MultiStar Quantum Coaching help people, who have already decided they want to eat in a Vegan Whole-Food Plant-Based Way, optimize their health.


As test results have shown that healthy levels of blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, and polyphenols can be achieved when you replace Animal Products and Processed Food with only Whole-Food Plant-Based Food, even if you remain overweight, and test results have also shown that those who remain thin despite eating animal products, can still have high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, and high triglycerides, showing that achieving Optimal Health is not just about being an ideal weight, our coaches help people achieve optimal health by focusing on test results rather than what a scale shows.


Test results have shown that in regard to the statistics showing that being overweight increases the likelihood of elevated blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, and cancer, the reason why you are overweight may be more influential than the fact that you are overweight, as some of those who are thin, who do not eat a Whole-Food Plant-Based Diet, may have very high cholesterol, Heart Disease, Type 2 and Type 3 Diabetes, and Cancer and that many of those who are overweight, who eat a Whole-Food Plant-Based diet, do not have these things, which shows that, in terms of avoiding high blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, Type 2 and Type 3 Diabetes, and Cancer.   --The food one eats, and doesn't eat, may be more influential on these things than if one is overweight or not.


While losing weight may be ideal, for many people it is very difficult, even if they do eat a Whole-Food Plant-Based diet.   It can be much easier to eat in ways to remain free of Heart Disease, Cancer, Type 2 and Type 3 Diabetes, and Stroke, and still remain overweight, than it can be to eat in ways to result in being thin, and, as can be seen by the many who were thin for their whole lives before they died from these things, being thin alone does not necessarily protect one from having these diseases.


You don't have to guess about this.   You can follow the recommendations of Drs. Barnard and Greger and see your cholesterol, blood sugar, and triglycerides go down even if you remain overweight.


There may come a time when, you, as a vegan, who eats only whole-food plant-based food have achieved greatly improved health, are still overweigt and are are now ready to focus on losing weight in a healthy way.   The Coaches at MultiStar Quantum Coaching understand that being able to lose weight, and also sustain that desired weight loss over time, can require a change in one's mindset regarding food, one's relationship with food, discovering the unique effect various food may have and any unknown food allergies/unique sensitivities, and dealing with feelings that have caused barriers to being able to lose weight and sustain the weight loss over time.   Our coaches have experience working with this.


A Health Coach is not meant to replace a doctor or health care practitioner.   It is best to work with a doctor or health care practitioner for things like getting tests ordered, having those tests interpreted, and getting any diagnoses that may be involved.

A Vegan Whole-Food Plant-Based Health Coach can explain what the research has found regarding the whole food plant based diet.   Finding out what your blood sugar, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels are, eating in ways to reduce them, and then seeing these results, even if you have not lost weight can be very affirming because you can see some actual results that may not show in your weight or muscle tone.


Eating a whole food plant based diet in ways that are effective at lowering these numbers can be inconvenient because most of the world does not eat this way.   Working with a health coach can help you find ways to make this sustainable for you over time.


Maintaining a whole food plant based diet over time can help you take control of your health and to have costly risky surgeries needed by people who have heart disease, Type-2 diabetes, and cancer, and avoid the risks associated with these things.


working with a vegan whole-food plant-based health coach can also help you figure out things that will work for You to improve your health, as the effect different food has on us varies so much.   One example is that we had a vegan client at MultiStar Quantum Coaching who found that when she ate extra-virgin olive oil with food, her blood pressure remained below 107/77, but when she did not eat olive oil, her blood pressure rose to above 130/85, and she could not lose weight due to needing to eat this olive oil to keep her blood pressure in a healthy range.


She found that the olive Leaf extract did not help lower her blood pressure, and that there was something about the olive Fruit that helped keep her blood pressure at such a healthy level, but she did not want to eat the amount of olives that would be necessary to keep her blood pressure down, especially since canned olives have been found to have a high level of Acrylamides in them, due to the heating process involved that is not involved in making olive oil.


In working with one of our vegan whole-food plant-based coaches, she found that olive Fruit Extract helps keep her blood pressure down nicely, so she was able to stop eating the olive oil and still have the low blood pressure numbers she wants, and finally lose the weight she wanted to lose, due to eliminating oil from her nutrition regime.   Olive Fruit Extract has had most of the oil removed, so that each capsule has less than .5 grams of fat.   Working with one of our health coaches also enabled her to find an organic fat-free marinara sauce so she could still enjoy marinara, which she loves, in this healthy way.


Working with one of our vegan whole-food plant-based health coaches, in the way that they do that focuses on the client in a holistic way, enabled another one of our clients at MultiStar Quantum Coaching to finally figure out that she was allergic to Flax seed, which was not included in the many allergy tests she had previously had.   The inflammation caused by her allergy to flax seed was causing her to have extreme lower back pain.   When she eliminated flax seed from her regime.   Working with our Coach/Mentor also helped her figure of a good replacement for the Flax Seed she used to like to add to her smoothies, which, for Her, turned out to be ground Chia Seed.


Woring with a vegan whole-food plant-based health coach enabled another one of our clients at MultiStar Quantum Coaching to figure out that she has a unique sensitivity to Caffeine that was causing her to have the migraines she had had for many years, when combined with Stress.   This Interaction had made it difficult to see how the Caffeine had been a contributing factor in causing the migraines for her because caffeine alone did not always result in a migraine.   Eliminating caffeine from her nutrition regime enable her to never have another migraine again.


We were able to help another one of our clients at MultiStar Quantum Coaching by helping her figure out that, despite the fact that test results had shown that she was not allergic to wheat or gluten-intolerant, when she finally tried eliminating Wheat from her nutrition regime, she felt much better.   The coach also introduced her to organic Buckwheat noodles as a replacement for the wheat noodles she loved, so that she now does not miss the wheat noodles.


We were able to help another one of our clients at MultiStar Quantum Coaching by helping her figure out an excercise program that worked for her, in an enviroment she was comfortable in, that started out gradually, so she successfully avoided injury or pain, and was able to keep up this exercise regime in a way she could sustain over time, which included stomach vacuum exerise ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wiHMum-4nHU ) and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).


We were able to help another one of our clients at MultiStar Quantum Coaching by helping her figure out how she could achieve her goal of having the cleansing benfits of a juice fast cleanse and intermittent fasting, without drinking juice or fasting for very long, because she found that when she Fasted for very long, her blood pressure increased (probably due to the increased cortisol that Fasting can cause for some people), and she did not want the high-sugar content of fruit juice that has had the fiber removed.   What she was able to find worked worked well for Her, was to have raw fruit for breakfast, followed by a cleansing drink of water purified by reverse osmosis, with organic freeze-dried whole lemon powder, organic raw ginger powder, organic raw celery powder, and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and then about an hour later, have her meal of the day, followed by about 22 hours of fasting each day to facilitate Autophage.   She found this worked for Her.   --Different things work for different people.


We were able to help another one of our clients at MultiStar Quantum Coaching, who likes to run many miles a week, by helping her figure out how watermelon could possibly end up leaving her more dehydrated than before she ate it, and therefore decreasing the quality of her runs.   In working with the Coach, she did some research and found that the Citruline in watermelon can cause the diuretic effect she was experiencing, so that she was not imagining this effect.   Since she did not want this diuretic effect, she decided to eliminate watermelon from her nutrition regime, and found she has had better runs since doing this.


The Coaching and Mentoring process used by the Coaches at MultiStar Quantum Coaching helps vegans tweak their nutrition and exercise regimes in ways that they find optimizes their health.   We helped another vegan client, whose Triglycerides and blood sugar were high, due to the refined carbs she was eating, get her Triglycerides and Blood Sugar into the normal range by focusing on the principles of the Whole-Food Plant-Based nutrition regime, without having to take medication or exercising more than she had been.   The Coaching and Mentoring process at MultiStar Quantum Coaching helps clients figure out what works best for them.


We were able to help another one of our clients at MultiStar Quantum Coaching, figure out that she had low levels of Vitamin D in her blood, even though she was taking a 1000 IU Vitamin D supplement each day, by recomming a blood test for this.   We were able to help another one of our clients figure out she was deficient in Iodine by recommending that she take a blood test for that.   We were able to help another one of our clients figure out, after feeling very tired for long periods of time, she was deficient in Iron by recommending that she take a blood test for that, and since she did not want to take iron supplements, working with her to find something that worked for her to get her Iron levels into the normal range, which, for Her, ended up being taking Chlorella with orange or grapefruit every morning.


We were able to help another one of our clients, who was having a high level of itching all over her body after menopause, figure out she was deficient in Vitamin E by recommending that she take a blood test for that, and after finding that she was, Mentoring her about the importance of getting all 8 kinds of Vitamin E and what the recent research says about the importance of avoiding Synthetic Vitamin E.   This client found that, after taking a good natural source of Vitamin E for a few weeks, she no longer had the itching.


We were able to help another one of our clients figure out, from recommended blood testing, that they were sodium-deficient, due to drinking lots of water with no food or added electrolytes.


We were able to help some of our clients successfully choose stop eating things they had previously considered themselves to be addicted to and unable to ever live without by educating them about the effects of these foods.


*Blood tests and possible supplements are always recommended to be done in consultation with a licensed physician or health care practitioner.


We were able to help another one of our clients, who wanted to reduce the amount of Acrylamides, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury, she was eating, while also increasing the amount of nutritionally-dense foods with high levels of polypheols, in an effort to eat in a way designed to prevent Cancer, based on the finding of recent research, by finding a nutrition regime that works well for her over time.


As you can see, our Coaching at MultiStar Quantum Coaching is not about trying to convince people to eat in Vegan ways, but is instead focused on helping people who already prefer to eat in Vegan ways, improve their health.

Plant-Based Doctors That Are Covered By Some Insurance

*Make sure the individual doctor is covered by your insurance -- Insurance coverage is held by individual doctors - not by organizations


These doctors may be able to order tests for you that may be covered by your insurance.   This may enable you to see the results of whole-food plant-based eating in regard to achieving lower blood sugar, lower LDL Cholesterol, and Triglycerides before losing weight, which may be harder to do and is a different matter.


It is possible to lower all these things without losing weight by eating different kinds of fats and different kinds sugars without having to eat less fat and sugar and test results can show this.   It is therefore possible to reduce your risk of Heart Disease, Type 2 and Type 3 Diabetes, Stroke, and Cancer without having to eat less or lose weight, which can be something you can focus on later if desired.


You don't have to "believe in" the benefits of whole-food plant-based eating when blood tests can show the results for you and the health benefits it can cause, even if you don't lose weight.


Yes, it would ideally be best and healthiest to be within what is considered to be the normal weight range, but for many people this is so difficult that they give up trying to improve their health entirely.   There are many different reasons people remain overweight despite trying so hard to lose weight, some of which may be unconscious/emotional.


Many people give up trying to improve their health after finding it too hard to lose weight, howver, getting healthier does not have to be an all-or-nothing/be-thin-or don't bother at all.


Coach Laura helps people improve their health by focusing on improving the numbers in their blood tests instead of the numbers on a scale by eating in whole-food plant-based ways that test results have shown can lower blood pressure, blood sugar, LDL Cholesterol, and Triglyerides, even if you still eat so much whole-food plant-based food that you don't lose any weight.


You can train your brain to find comfort in replacing traditional dishes with more nutritionally-dense ones.   One example could be buckwheat pasta with fat-free marinara sauce, black olive spread that has no added oil in it, nutritional yeast, and avocado rather than conventional enriched pasta with marinara sauce made with oil.   You can get the numbers in your blood test results down this way and still enjoy the natural sugar, fat, salt, and carbs that are in many natural whole-food plant-based meals.


When you gain an understanding of the research regarding Dairy, Hormones, and Cancer, it will be much easier to not want the dairy cheesecake or ice cream any more, and will more easily be able to replace these things with other cancer-fighting sweet things like berries, apples, apricots, etc.   Focusing on eating things that will improve your health in ways like avoiding Acrylamides, HCAs, and PAHs, rather than focusing only on depriving yourself of things you are used to for no other reason than just to lose weight, makes improving your health much easier.


Eating this way surely is an inconvenience at first, but certainly less inconvenient than what you would have to go through if you get Cancer, Type 2 or 3 Diabetes, Heart Disease, or have a Stroke.   Once you gain an understanding of the research and the effects of traditional meals on the diseases, you won't want them anymore and then after you see the results of your blood tests, maintaining better health can be easy.


Losing weight, though, will likely take a whole other level of effort.   You don't have to give up on improving your health just because you find losing weight, where you may have the survival instinct kicking in, and possibly subconscious emotional things going on, too painful and difficult.


This may be very helpful to those whose interest is more on being able to live independent of medication, and not suffer the side effects of medication, and not lose their legs or sight due to Type 2 Diabetes, not lose their mind due to Type 3 Diabetes, or lose their Independence due to Stroke or Heart Attack than it is trying to win a beauty contest.


Once you get used to eating all you want in the whole-food plant-based way that will enable you to keep your blood pressure, blood sugar, LDL Cholesterol, and Triglycerides in healthy ranges, without losing weight, you can then later focus on eating less, exercising more, and/or toning muscles to lose weight and help improve circulation, and/or doing things like jogging on a minitrampoline to increase bone density, if you decide to spend the time and effort necessary to do that.


It doesn't have to be all-or-nothing.   You can lower these numbers by eating the way Drs. Barnard and Greger recommend without exercising or eating less calories or less fat -- as long as the calories and fat you eat are the kind of high-quality recommended by them.


At least when you binge while on the Whole-Food Plant-Based diet and eat more than you should, you don't end up causing the numbers in your blood tests to go so high you are at the same risk that other overweight people are who consume animal products and oil and you may still be able to be healthy enough to enjoy your children, pets, and others who do not require you to be thin for them to want you to be with them.   You can focus on pleasing them by losing weight another day if you want.
